Architect: Maksim Voronovich, Anna Kostina
Project: Jan. 2016, Area: 95 m²

The interior design of the apartment was designed in a reconstructed house at the intersection of Gogol and Karl Marx streets.

We proposed the redevelopment of the apartment with the transfer of the walls of the bathrooms to better accommodate the necessary equipment. Due to the addition of balconies, it turned out to organize a large enough space for kitchen-living room.
According to the technical task everything should be as simple as possible, in contrast, without the usage of very expensive decoration materials.

After the 5th version of the layout of the kitchen furniture, we settled on the L-shaped solution using the island, also serving as a low bar counter. There is a corner sofa with a coffee table and a TV in the other part of the room. Dense tulle along the whole wall with windows visually combines 2 zones. Separate lighting allows creating comfort in each of the zones. The floor material is a parquet board. The storage was organized in living rooms, a dressing room and an anteroom. Visualization was performed only for the kitchen-living room, the rest of the rooms - model + sketches + collage.

Kitchen: facade - MDF/lacquer, tabletop and apron - corona 12mm, 2 built-in refrigerators, equipment - Kuppersbusch. Bathrooms walls/floor decoration - Porcelanosa, Paradyz, Duravit Paiova, Sanitary ware - Villeroy&Boch; shower room - without tray with TECE ramp, glass partition - Huppe.

The project was completed in 10 days because installation of partitions in the house was already in progress.
