Architect: Maksim Voronovich, Anna Kostina
Project: Mar. 2013, Area: 77 m²

This interior design is developed for couples and their 2 and 4 years old children.

The apartment is located on the second floor of a multi-storey residential building, the first floor of which is a public function room perimeter building.
It was decided to include the roof in the apartment space. As a result, there is a glassed dining room with an exit from the kitchen, as well as two terraces with access from the dining room and from the bedroom.

After the redevelopment, all the rooms remained in their original places, however, the arrangement of furniture at the planning stage made it possible to adjust the shapes and sizes of the rooms rationally.

The kitchen is designed in minimum sizes with a two-row arrangement of cabinets in order to maximize the area in favor of the adjacent living room.

The living room, in addition to its main function, has a number of additional ones: there is a computer desk for the owner, as well as a cabinet in the whole wall, which performs the function of a pantry that is not in the apartment.

The starting point in the planning of the sleeping area was that both parents and each child had a personal area in the form of a small but separate bedroom. This is due to the active use of cabinet furniture by individual order, which allowed us to properly use every centimeter of bedrooms.
